How Pallet Storage, Picking, and Slotting Optimization Can Unlock Capacity, Reduce Cost, and Improve Warehouse Performance

Warehouse storage capacity should not automatically be designed for peak demand. The optimal size depends on the peak-to-average ratio and how long the peak lasts.
