Having been in the supply chain optimization business for more than thirty years, we have learned a lot about supporting supply chain professionals in their pursuits of supply chain optimization designs. We have worked hard over the years to hone and facilitate access to the world's most advanced and widely adopted supply chain optimizations. Upon subscribing, users will be provided access to the RightChain.ai CloudAI platform, the RightChain.help support site, the RightChain.institute learning platform, and RightChain office hours. Immediately thereafter, a RightChain PhD will coordinate and host an onboarding and overview session for all users. Optimization scripts, data input templates, demo files, and sample solutions are provided within the platform. A plethora of pre-configured solution visuals and analytics are provided, and users may custom configure a myriad of their own solution visuals and statistical analyses via RightChain's built-in "Tableau-esque" plotting and analytical capabilities.

1. User Access

Upon subscribing, users will be provided credentials for the RightChain Pallets application hosted on the RightChain.ai CloudAI platform; the RightChain.help site where extensive help resources, forums, and FAQs are available; the Pallet Storage and Picking Optimization course on the RightChain Institute learning platform; and access to RightChain office hours hosted by one or more RightChain PhDs.

2. Onboarding

A RightChain PhD will coordinate and host an onboarding and overview session with all users creating familiarity with RightChain Pallets, RightChain.help, and RightChain.institute.

3. Optimization Scripts

Users will be provided with step by step scripts for preparing and loading data, generating optimization scenarios, creating optimization scenario visualizations and statistics, and simulating alternatives.

4. Data Uploads

RightChain Pallets requires three data input files, each of which is typically readily available. Data templates are downloaded from within the application.
